I have described Indolence and it's effect on a man's career on my article earlier today, well the good news is that Indolence has a cure, it is curative if only you are willing to be hardworking and approach the 5 steps below boldly.
- Find your motivation- I call it ginger choke. Get something that anytime you see it, you feel to jump up and start a task, it could be a book or a picture. You sometimes feel lazy because you don't have a factor or a motivator to boost your spirit man.
- Excercise yourself physically- Excercise your mind and your fitness daily. Doing that consistently can put a cessation to Indolence, because you will have the strength to start.
- Divide your big task into smaller ones- If you have a big task to carryout, find a way of breaking it into something you can easily start.
- One step at a time- Start the things you have divided by taking them one after the other, from the smallest gradually down to the biggest, but be time conscious and make sure you finish them all without leaving a single thing undone. It might be difficult, but PUSH.
- Lastly, look for possible examples, find a way you can rearrange your task into simple arithmetic.
