Self Discipline

      Discipline is the bridge between goals and accomplishments,  that is to achieve success you need discipline to adhere to your goals. People sometimes fail at what they have laboured hard for because the recipe discipline was absent, without discipline no lasting success is possible. 
      To be disciplined is to have self control which means you are resistant to any form of distraction, make decisions and avoid distractions. The secrets to high income in business and sales is simply ‘Learn and do’,  You can 'learn' with a tindge of discipline but you can't carry out the 'Do' without discipline, it seldom happens because that's where you face challenges and fears so you need discipline to overcome fears and challenges. 
       Elbert Hubbard an American prolific writer in the 20th century defined self discipline as “The ability to do what you should do and when you should do it, wether you feel like it or not”. This definition is criticizing indolence. Indolence  is a factor that drives man away from his dreams; let's leave this discussion for my next article where I would be writing on “The fundamental roles of laziness in a mans career”. 
       Self discipline by Brain Tracy requires delayed gratification I.e the ability to put off satisfaction In the short term in other to enjoy greater rewards in the long term. It is easy setting goals and plans for your future  but it takes earnest discipline to abide, If you lack discipline as a forex trader, be ready to count losses. There are thousands  of youths and teens who have dreams, it is discipline that differenciate those who achieve it from those who don't. 
Discipline is a key role to greater heights.
